What we collect
- Project briefs: the name, email and project details you enter in the contact form.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Analytics: anonymous, aggregated page views through Plausible Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
We use brief details only to reply to you and prepare a proposal, and newsletter addresses only to send the newsletter. We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree. Our website is served by our hosting provider. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Briefs that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any issue.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@spotandkey.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
